Amazon.com Inc. is partnering with cable billionaire John Malone’s Liberty Global Plc to co-produce a dystopian thriller, as the companies look to bolster their original content offerings globally.
The London-based futuristic series, called “The Feed,” is the first tie-up between the companies. Based on a novel and adapted by “The Walking Dead” writer Channing Powell, the production premiering in 2019 is about a man who invents a sharing technology implanted in people’s brains that backfires when users turn murderous.
