Vladimir Putin finally got some face time with Donald Trump.

It wasn’t much -- just a few minutes of chatting on the walk to the group photo at an Asia-Pacific leaders summit Saturday morning in Vietnam -- but the two men did talk. They just didn’t formally meet, as the U.S. president continued to deny his Russian counterpart a full-blown sit-down.
