Danaher to Buy U.K. Drug R&D Software Firm ID Business Solutions

Danaher Corp. will buy U.K.-based software maker ID Business Solutions Ltd. as the U.S. science and technology company seeks to tap into the growing market for data and the Internet of things.
IDBS said in a statement Monday that the company will be wrapped into Danaher’s life sciences operations, which include services sold to drug and biotechnology companies for drug development.
