DFS Furniture Plc shares lost further ground after the U.K. seller of living-room sets said full-year profit will be at the low end of previous guidance because of “very challenging” conditions that were worsened by sunny May and June weather keeping shoppers out of stores.

The company said the warm spring exacerbated a sales slowdown previously attributed to uncertainty around Britain’s June election. The shares fell as much as 7.9 percent in London, after a warning two months ago prompted a 21 percent one-day selloff.
