Singapore Changi Airport Reopens Terminal After Fire Is Put Out

Singapore’s Changi Airport resumed operations at Terminal 2 after a fire prevented aircraft from using the facility for about five hours.
The “all clear” sign has been given and the terminal will reopen with some arriving flights, the airport said in a Twitter posting about 11 p.m. local time. Sixty-four arrivals and 61 departures had been delayed at Changi, according to FlightStats.
