Sylvester Stallone accused Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. of failing to pay him his share of the studio’s revenue from the 1993 science fiction film, "Demolition Man."
Stallone’s company Rogue Marble Productions Inc. said Warner Bros. claimed as recently as 2015 that the movie was still $67 million in the hole. When Rogue Marble demanded clarification, Warner Bros. sent a check for $2.8 million without further explanation, according to the complaint, filed Wednesday in state court in Los Angeles.
