The U.K. joined the U.S. in banning laptops and other electronic devices in airplane cabins on flights from several Middle Eastern countries amid concerns over security.

Inbound direct flights from Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia and Saudi Arabia will be affected by the ban on laptops and tablets, Prime Minister Theresa May’s spokesman James Slack told reporters in London on Tuesday. Phones larger than normal-sized mobiles or smartphones will also be forbidden.
