Hollande Tells L’Obs He’ll Decide on Candidacy in December

French President Francois Hollande told L’Obs magazine that he will decide in December whether to stand for reelection in 2017.
Referring to fines imposed on European banks, Hollande said that the US "has too much power to bring money in" but "not enough for making peace." No transatlantic trade accord is possible while a "lack of reciprocity" exists, he said.
