U.S. retail sales may have rebounded in August, data from the Commerce Department will show. Those figures, along with measures of inflation and consumer sentiment, are among the last major economic reports before the Federal Reserve meets Sept. 20-21.
The Bank of England meets to set monetary policy in the wake of the Brexit vote, while the Swiss National Bank issues its quarterly policy assessment and growth and inflation forecasts.
