French Prosecutor Molins Sees Continued Terror Risk: Le Monde

Paris Public Prosecutor Francois Molins told French daily Le Monde that the weakening of the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq has reinforced the risk of further terrorist attacks.
Weakened terrorist groups typically seek to commit further strikes, Molins said in the interview published Friday. The return of French combatants with their families is a further risk factor, he said.
