Hungary’s Orban Says UK Vote Means EU Must Hear People’s Voice

The most important issue for the British people in the Brexit campaign was “standing up against immigration,” Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said in an interview on MR1-Kossuth radio.

“The key message of the result of the U.K. vote is that Brussels must hear the voice of the people,” Orban said.

Hungary believes in a strong Europe, however the European Union’s response to immigration has been a weak one, Orban said.
