Corey Lewandowski, who’d plotted Donald Trump’s rise from a descending escalator at Trump Tower all the way to the cusp of the GOP presidential nomination, is out. In his place: Paul Manafort, who had been jostling with Lewandowski for control since being hired in March to shore up Trump’s fight for delegates.
