The largest flows among exchange traded fund sectors since the beginning of the year have been into the gold and utilities sectors and the largest outflows from information technology, financial and health care funds. Bloomberg calculates money flows daily among the ETF sectors to gauge the market consensus. The flows are determined by the number of ETF shares created and redeemed daily.
