SoftBank's 111MW Solar Station to Start Running in North Japan

A 111-megawatt solar power station will start running in the northern prefecture of Hokkaido, a unit of SoftBank Group Corp. and Mitsui & Co. said in a statement.

The plant will begin commercial operations Dec. 1, and will produce enough electricity to power 30,000 homes annually, according to the statement.
