Atos SE plans to acquire Unify, the number three world leader in integrated communication solutions, from Siemens AG and The Gores Group.
The Bezons, France-based company, expects the deal to close in the first quarter of next year, Atos said in a statement on Tuesday. The acquisition of Unify, which generates 1.2 billion euros ($1.3 billion) in revenue, is subject to approval by employee representatives and regulatory and antitrust authorities, Atos said.
