After much speculation, Twitter finally announced that co-founder Jack Dorsey will be its chief executive officer while also keeping his job as the head of mobile-payments firm Square Inc., another company he co-founded.
Following the announcement, the CEO sent out a string of tweets promoting his vision of both companies. He also unveiled further management changes with Adam Bain becoming Twitter's chief operating officer.
