Singapore Teen Sentenced to 4 Weeks Jail for Internet Posts

A 16-year-old Singaporean convicted in May of offensive Internet posts was sentenced to four weeks jail and will be released on time served.
Amos Yee has “much to learn,” Singapore District Judge Jasvender Kaur said in delivering her sentence on Monday. The boy had already been held in prison and in a mental hospital for 53 days, according to his lawyer.
