Tourists at Westminster pier within sight of the London Eye and Tower Millennium pier near the Shard building are being offered free chilled, filtered drinking water.

Transport for London said Tuesday that commuters and visitors can now get free refills from two HydraChill Ltd. machines by the Thames sites and those without containers can buy blue-and-white river-branded reusable bottles for 3 pounds ($4.37), proceeds of which help pay for the water program as part of a commitment to improve “river passenger amenities.”
