Hackers Get Social Security Numbers for Every Federal Worker: AP

A government worker union says hackers stole data and Social Security numbers for every federal employee, according to the Associated Press.

In a letter to the Office of Personnel Management, obtained by AP, American Federation of Government Employees president J. David Cox wrote that the union believes the Central Personnel Data File was breached in the 2014 cyber attack.
