Taubman’s PJT Said to Hire Cuminale From Nielsen for Legal Post

PJT Partners Inc., the merger advisory firm started by former Morgan Stanley banker Paul Taubman, has named James Cuminale as general counsel, according to a person with knowledge of the matter.
Cuminale joins from Nielsen NV, where he’s served as chief legal officer since 2006, overseeing intellectual property, litigation, transactions and risk management, according to the media tracking firm’s website.
