Aquarion Group, a Swiss provider of advanced water systems and technologies for the oil and gas industry, acquired Membran-Filtrations-Technik GmbH of Germany.
MFT, based in Cologne, designs, manufactures and services membrane equipment for potable, process and pure water production. It’s involved in brackish and seawater desalination, wastewater treatment, water recycling and reuse in energy, power generation, food and beverage manufacturing.
