Blaze Pizza LLC, a fast-casual restaurant chain touted as the next Chipotle, added 40 new locations last year and saw sales increase more than fivefold.

That has co-founder Rick Wetzel setting his sights higher than becoming the Chipotle of Pizza. He wants to be the fast-casual restaurant version of Starbucks.
