Francesco Mazzei, the Italian chef-patron at L’Anima, has left the restaurant, a popular destination for diners in London’s financial district.

He has been replaced by head chef Antonio “Lello” Favuzzi, a native of Sicily, who first worked with Mazzei in Milan. Favuzzi was also in the kitchen with Mazzei at St. AlbanBloomberg Terminal restaurant, in London, before they opened L’AnimaBloomberg Terminal in 2008.
