Ex-National Australia Bank Dealer Jailed for Insider Trading

A former National Australia Bank Ltd. trader and a statistics bureau employee were jailed Tuesday after making A$7 million ($5.3 million) profit in the nation’s biggest insider-trading case.

Ex-trader Lukas Kamay, 26, was sentenced to seven years and three months in prison, while former Australian Bureau of Statistics analyst Christopher Hill, 25, was jailed for three years and three months, according to the Supreme Court of Victoria.
