Slovakia sold 1.5 billion euros of 12-year bonds as yields fell to records amid global disinflation.
The debt was issued at 56 basis points over mid-swaps, or to yield 1.442 percent, Daniel Bytcanek, head of debt-management agency Ardal, said by phone from Bratislava. Total demand reached an all-time high of 5.8 billion euros ($6.8 billion), he said. Slovakian 10-year yields were at 1.1 percent today, the lowest since at least 2002.
