Hayat Boumeddiene, thought to be the wife of a gunman who seized hostages at a kosher grocery in Paris, traveled across Turkey on her way to Syria last week, Turkey’s foreign minister said today.

Boumeddiene flew to Istanbul from Madrid on Jan. 2 before entering Syria six days later, Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said during an interview with state-run Anadolu Agency. She is the lone surviving suspect from three terrorist attacks in Paris last week that claimed 17 victims.
