Managing directors at London’s financial-services companies are expecting a 21 percent increase in bonuses for 2014, according to Astbury Marsden.

The average bonus is seen increasing to 124,680 pounds ($195,000) from 102,930 pounds a year earlier, the recruitment firm said in an e-mailed statement today. This would bring managing directors’ bonuses to 60 percent of their average salary, up from 54 percent in 2013, it said.
