Manhattan’s 10 Hudson Yards to Get VaynerMedia as Tenant

Manhattan’s 10 Hudson Yards, the initial tower under construction at the $20 billion Related Cos. project on the far west side, has gotten its first office-lease deal since early last year.
VaynerMedia, an advertising and content-producing company specializing in social-media placement, plans to take space at the building, Gary Vaynerchuk, co-founder and chief executive officer, said in an e-mail. The agreement is for about 90,000 square feet (8,400 square meters).
