Gauges of China’s services climbed in November as the industry helps underpin growth in the world’s second-largest economy.

The government’s non-manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index rose to 53.9 last month from 53.8 in October. The services PMI for November from HSBC Holdings Plc and Markit Economics climbed to 53 from 52.9. Readings above 50 for both measures indicate expansion.
