Independent Angus King Says He Will Stick With Democrats

“My independence has always been respected in the Democratic caucus,” the senator says.

Senator Angus King, the independent from Maine, said Wednesday that he will continue to caucus with the Democrats even though Republicans have won control of the Senate.

"My independence has always been respected in the Democratic caucus," said King, who spoke to reporters outside his home in Brunswick, Me.
