Alfa Group’s A1 unit plans to raise at least 2.58 billion rubles ($60 million) by selling a Russian logistics park owned by the Irish government.

A1, part of billionaire Mikhail Fridman’s Alfa Group, will publicly auction Q-Park, a logistics center in Kazan, 720 kilometers east of Moscow, on Dec. 5, according to e-mailed comments from A1’s press service in Moscow.
