Citigroup Said to Seek Initial Offers for OneMain by Nov. 20

Citigroup Inc. asked potential suitors for its OneMain Financial Holdings Inc. unit to submit initial bids for the consumer lender by Nov. 20, people with knowledge of the matter said.
SpringLeaf Holdings Inc., the personal lender that went public last year, is preparing an offer for OneMain, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the matter is private. Citigroup is seeking to sell OneMain for at least $4 billion, the people said.
