Comcast Corp. ruined Conal O’Rourke’s professional career, the former PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP associate and cable subscriber claimed in a lawsuit.
The accounting firm, whose Philadelphia office billed Comcast more than $30 million for consulting services, fired O’Rourke after a year-long fight over billing and equipment escalated to a demand from the cable company’s top accountant for O’Rourke’s dismissal, according to the complaint filed in San Jose, California, federal court yesterday.
