Don’t be fooled by a surprise drop in U.K. inflation, say bond investors at M&G Group Plc.

Consumer-price growth, which tumbled to a five-year low of 1.2 percent in September amid falling oil prices, could make a comeback and the need to protect against inflation remains as strong as ever, according to Ben Lord, who helps oversee about 248 billion pounds ($395 billion) at the fund management arm of Prudential Plc.
