Oct. 14 (Bloomberg) -- The Office of the U.S. TradeRepresentative will conduct what’s known as an “out of cyclereview” of the intellectual-property system in India, the Timesof India reported.
Patent issues are at the forefront of the review, triggeredby a provision in Indian law permitting the rejection of apatent application for lack of novelty, according to thenewspaper.
