Aging Angry Birds Has Rovio Testing Brand’s Pull as Firings Loom

Rovio Entertainment Oy’s Angry Birds success was hard won, and it’s not something the company is going to give up on easily even as growth slows, according to Jami Laes, executive vice president of games.
“Angry Birds is precious for us of course -- it will never go away,” Laes said in an interview in London yesterday. “We’ll only make it bigger and better in the years to come.”
