Israel Shells Hezbollah After Bombing on Border Wounds Soldiers

Israel’s army used artillery to fire at Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon today after two of its soldiers were lightly wounded in an explosion claimed by militant group along the countries’ border.
Hezbollah, a Shiite guerrilla movement that has fought several wars with Israel, said in an e-mail that its military wing, the Islamic Resistance, was behind the bombing in the Shebaa area that targeted an Israeli patrol.
