Allowing undocumented immigrants to drive in New Jersey would make the roads safer and bolster the state economy, advocates said.
A coalition of immigration activists including the New Jersey chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union today called on Governor Chris Christie to allow non-citizens to obtain state driver’s licenses.
