Where Is North Korea’s Dictator? South Pores Over Footage

South Korea said it will monitor North Korea’s parliament session tomorrow after reports that Kim Jong Un hasn’t appeared in public for three weeks.

Kim hasn’t been seen since he attended a concert on Sept. 3 with his wife Ri Sol Ju, South Korean media including the Chosun Ilbo newspaper and Yonhap News reported today. He was shown limping on state television in July at a ceremony to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the death of his grandfather Kim Il Sung and again earlier this month, Chosun said.
