Woman Struck by Cyclist in Central Park Has Died, Husband Says

A woman struck by a bicyclist while walking in New York’s Central Park four days ago has died, according to her husband, CBS Corp. executive Michael Wittman.

Jill Tarlov, 58, of Fairfield, Connecticut, “has been taken from us far too soon,” Wittman, CBS Television Stations’ senior vice president of finance, said in a statement. “On behalf of our family, I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers.”
