Cannabis advocates will unveil a billboard in Colorado today that implores users: “Don’t let a candy bar ruin your vacation” following the deaths of two adults linked to pot-laced food and emergency-room visits by dozens of children.

The billboard, off the main highway through Denver, is part of a $75,000 advertising effort by the Washington-based Marijuana Policy Project and Medbox Inc., a West Hollywood, California-based maker of pot vending machines, to teach users that a few gummy bears or chocolate squares, known as edibles, can go a long way.
