Iran Nuclear Haggling Resumes in New York as Deadline Nears

Diplomats seeking to inject momentum into negotiations on Iran’s nuclear program will meet this week in New York with the November deadline for a permanent accord looming.

Discussions between Iran and the so-called P5+1 countries - - the U.S., Russia, France, U.K., China and Germany -- are set to start tomorrow. European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton will meet Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif today, the Iranian Students News Agency said.
