House to Consider Nine-Month Export Bank Renewal: Rogers

The U.S. House of Representatives this week will consider a government spending bill that includes a nine-month renewal of the Export-Import Bank, Appropriations Committee Chairman Hal Rogers said today.

House Republican leaders spent the day trying to determine whether to include an extension of the bank’s authority -- and for how long -- as part of legislation to continue U.S. government funding past Sept. 30.
