Donovan Take Reins at Office of Management and Budget

Shaun Donovan, an Obama administration loyalist and self-described numbers and spreadsheet guy, was sworn in today as the 40th director of the Office of Management and Budget.
Donovan, 48, was sworn in during a private ceremony and succeeds Sylvia Burwell, who’s now the secretary of Health and Human Services. Donovan is President Barack Obama’s fourth budget director.
