Canada’s top court won’t hear an appeal of a case about whether the country’s largest real estate broker group must give wider access to price data.

The Toronto Real Estate Board asked the Supreme Court to review a lower court ruling that ordered a second tribunal hearing on the case, after TREB won the first deliberation. The Ottawa-based top court published the decision on its website today.
