PAI Partners Said to Buy U.K. Arm of VPS From TDR Capital

PAI Partners SAS, France’s largest private-equity firm, agreed to buy the U.K. and European operations of property manager VPS Holdings Ltd., said two people with knowledge of the matter.
The sale of the units, valued at more than 150 million pounds ($254 million), may be announced as early as this week, said the people, asking not to be identified because the transaction is private. The current owner, U.K. buyout firm TDR Capital LLP, is retaining VPS’s U.S. operations, the people said.
