Spain High Court Judge Resigns After Reckless Driving Charge

Spanish Constitutional Court Judge Enrique Lopez resigned from his post on the country’s highest court after being charged with reckless driving yesterday.
His resignation was accepted by Francisco Perez de los Cobos, president of the 12-member court, the Madrid-based tribunal said in an e-mailed statement today.
