May 2 (Bloomberg) -- The jury deciding Apple Inc. andSamsung Electronics Co.’s $2 billion patent-infringement caseasked the judge for additional evidence about whether GoogleInc. was mentioned when Steve Jobs, the iPhone maker’s co-founder, decided to sue.
U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh, in a note responding to thejury’s question, said the panel can consider only evidenceintroduced during the trial and that no supplemental materialwill be provided.
