EX-Citigroup CEO Pandit Named Chairman of TGG Consultants

Vikram Pandit, the former chief executive officer of Citigroup Inc., was named chairman of TGG Group, a consulting firm founded on the principles of behavioral economics.
Pandit will be chairman of the holding company for three TGG units: a core consulting and advisory division, a business serving non-profits and an innovation arm, according to a memo obtained by Bloomberg News and confirmed by Shannon Bell, a spokeswoman. Andrew Rosenfield will be CEO, according to the memo.
