T-Mobile US Inc. Chief Executive Officer John Legere has not only become a nuisance for his counterparts at Verizon Communications Inc. and AT&T Inc. -- he’s gotten paid more, too.
Legere collected $29.2 million last year, according to U.S. Securities Exchange Commission rules, topping AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson’s 2013 compensation of $23.2 million and Verizon CEO Lowell McAdam’s $15.8 million. The total for Legere, 55, included $22.5 million in stock awards and a $1.25 million salary, according to a filing yesterday.
